A unique online model of care: FeelingBetterNow®
Built by mental health professionals, FeelingBetterNow®, is an online mental health platform that provides mental health assessment and personalized action plans for members who may be experiencing mental health challenges.
“FeelingBetterNow® was created to help individuals get the right care at the right place at the right time”.
Eligible OTIP members can use FeelingBetterNow® to assess their mental health privately anytime anywhere.
The evidence-based first step in mental health
“In 5 to 20 minutes, FeelingBetterNow® allows users to confidentially and anonymously discover their risk for a mental health issue early, so they can take immediate action, allowing them to stay healthy and productive”.
With the focus on early identification, members can confidentially discover their risk for a mental health issue and begin to take action with a personalized action plan based on their individual assessment and needs.
How it works in 5 easy steps

Get access: If you are an OTIP member, you may be eligible to access FeelingBetterNow®. Visit www.feelingbetternow.com/otip to create your account.

Complete your assessment: Instantly understand your risk across thirteen mental health disorders by completing the online assessment.

Take action: Access a wide range of self-care options, the knowledge to improve your mental health literacy and engaging tools and resources.

Connect to care: FeelingBetterNow® facilitates connections to care.

Track your progress: Return to FeelingBetterNow® as often as you need to reassess and track your progress.
A new and improved FeelingBetterNow® version has launched. This version includes an improved Mental Health Assessment Flow, new and easy to navigate Education Module with integrated support resources, enhanced privacy and security and more.
