From our origins as a not-for-profit insurance advocate, we have remained steadfast in our commitment to our members, our people, and the well-being of communities.   

We prioritize our efforts on topics that support positive impact and rank high in terms of importance to our purpose and ability to leverage our capabilities to inspire meaningful change. This focus has shaped our approach to the priority pillars within our first impact report. These pillars include (1) our people and communities, (2) our OTIP, and (3) our environment, and center on delivering value and convenience to our members, developing our employees, and giving back to our communities.   

Most importantly, our impact approach supports a continued relationship of trust in OTIP, and our ability to protect what matters most to our members — family, health and property.

• $65,000 donated to support improved literacy and educational outcomes for Indigenous students.
